Andhra Pradesh will soon have its own National Science Museum, and that too built on the lines of the one in Hong Kong. The National Science Museum will come up at the foot of Tirumala Hills in the temple town of Tirupati. The National Science Museum, spread over 150 acres of land will be a seven dome shaped complex just like the sacred seven hills of Lord Venkateswara. It will house a planetarium besides other structures. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to lay the foundation stone of the National Science Museums during his visit to Hyderabad for the 104th Indian Science Congress being held from January 3-8, 2017.
