Small budget private schools in the National Capital are likely to benefit the most as Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia recently said that the Delhi government is ready to roll back all decisions which are creating problems for these educational institutions. Expressing his views at the Sandhi Samaroh in Hastsal by Think Tank Centre for Civil Society, Sisodia added that these schools play an important role in providing quality education and that most parents have problems only with high fee or elite private schools.
Speaking on the occasion, Centre for Civil Society president Dr Partha J Shah suggested that Mohalla Shiksha Sabhas be organised like Mohalla Clinics and Mohalla Sabhas to help students resolve education related problems. National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA) president Kulbhushan Sharma, on the other hand, shared that all budget schools were facing problems due to government laws and the problems arising due to the same laws for big and small schools.
Best performing kids from 31 schools where Sandhi Olympiad was conducted were rewarded with trophies. All the dignitaries invited other schools to participate in the Sandhi Project.
