Under its ‘Nurturing Talent Programme’, the DLF Foundation organised a workshop for 250 under-privileged kids at the Ridge Valley School in Gurgaon. The Foundation gives scholarship to over 1,200 poor kids every year and also provides allied coaching, counselling and mentoring services to them.

The workshop included story-telling sessions on different topics like cleanliness, career, mother-child relationship, financial literacy, role models and fire safety. Students who participated in the camp belonged to classes 5 to 12.

“Our efforts at the workshop have been directed towards providing our bright scholars, hailing from less privileged sections of the society with best possible assistance to shape their character, build their soft skills and provide the much needed guidance and mentoring to help them become successful professionals of tomorrow,” said Mr. P.K. Joseph, Director Programmes, DLF Foundation.
